Here’s where striving for excellence comes to life – in our classes! No matter who you are, we’ve got a program to get you to your goals. Don’t worry that any of our classes will be too difficult for you. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • Iconic Prep Classes

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our Iconic Prep classes. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

  • Crossfit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Iconic Barbell

    Our Iconic Barbell classes follow set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength, or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell class is for you.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Iconic Fitness offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or excel at a sport.

  • Iconic Sweat

    Iconic Sweat is the perfect high energy, low impact, conditioning class you’ve been waiting for. Whether you’re just starting or already an experienced athlete, Iconic Sweat is your way to get great results with low impact on your body. Sweat also allows beginners to make the jump right into our group classes comfortable because there aren’t any intimidating heavy weights or complex gymnastic movements. It is a perfect class for athletes who need to take it easy on their bodies, but still want to get a great conditioning workout in.

    The coaches will be here to help you at every step along the way. Showing you how each workout and movement is performed, and even making the appropriate modifications for each individual person to help produce the maximum results. So come in and get to “SWEATing” in this upbeat fitness environment that is all inclusive.

    Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 am – 6:30 am, and 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
