B. EMOM 15
1) 30 Double Unders + 10 Pull-Ups (Chin over bar)
2) 10 DB Walking Lunges (at side, moderate) + 10 Toes to Bar
3) 1 Clean and Jerk @ ~70%
*modify reps to keep at an easier intensity
**keep hands fresh, if they get hot, switch to strict pull-ups and GHDs
