Modified Schedule this week CrossFit Iconic. No open gyms, No Kids classes, No Prep Classes. 
Monday – 7am, 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Tuesday-7am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Wednesday- 7am, 5pm , 6pm, 7pm
Thursday-9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Friday- 7am, 9am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday-9am
-No open gym/ No Prep Classes


Every 6 minutes for 24 minutes complete the following.

50 Double Unders
5 Deadlifts
10 Burpee box jump overs
5 Strict pull-ups

*The goal is to treat this as an interval and get through the work as fast as possible then rest in the time remaining. Choose your weights wisely.
