A. 50 Front Squats (225/155) For Time
*from the ground
*modify load to near the heaviest weight lifted last week in TnG cleans


B. Accumulate 15 Strict Muscle Ups

C. 5 Rounds @ 70%:
10 C2B Pull-Ups
10 Kipping HSPU
10 Box Overs (24/20)

D. 400 Double Unders for Time
*every break = 10 burpees

E. 2-3 Sets:
DB Flies x 10 (light, controlled)
Incline Bench Rear Delt Raises x 10
Powell Raise x 10 (Each)
Cuban Press x 10

F. Quad/Glute/Hip Flexor Mobility as needed
